Many of our residents choose to renew — and we're grateful for that. As long as your account is in good standing, we're happy to offer renewal options that fit your future plans.
Renewal options.
You'll receive a renewal offer before your lease ends. Options vary based on factors determined by your property owner, but typically include:
- Month-to-month with a 4% increase
- 12-month renewal with a 3% increase
- 18-month renewal with a 2% increase
