Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we apply parts of WCAG 2.2 where practical. We treat accessibility as part of how the site is built, not as an add-on.

What we do

• Semantic page structure with landmarks, a single main heading per page and a logical heading order
• A "Skip to content" link as the first item on every page, and a full keyboard path through every menu, button, form and dialog
• Visible focus indicators, and tap and click targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels
• Text and interface colors checked for sufficient contrast, with information never conveyed by color alone
• Text alternatives for informative images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology
• Labeled form fields with clear error and success messages that are announced to screen readers
• Layouts that reflow to a 320 pixel width without horizontal scrolling and support text zoom up to 200%
• Reduced motion: animations and smooth scrolling are turned off for visitors who prefer less motion
• No auto-playing audio or video. Videos start only when you press play
• The language of each page is declared, and the site works at any browser zoom level

How we test

We test pages with automated tools (axe-core and Lighthouse) and with keyboard-only navigation, and we review layouts at phone, tablet and desktop widths. Automated tools cannot catch every barrier, so we also welcome reports from people who use the site.

Known limitations

Some content on or linked from this site is provided by other companies, and we cannot fully control its accessibility:

• The Owner Portal and Resident Portal (Rent Manager), rental listings and showing requests (ShowMojo), and rental applications are third-party systems.
• Embedded Google reviews (Elfsight) and YouTube videos use their providers' players and widgets. Caption availability depends on the video.
• Some downloadable documents, such as the Boomerang Referral Agreement PDF, may not be fully accessible. Contact us and we will provide the information in another format.
